Project Manager
As a Project Manager at BMS Offshore, you lead multidisciplinary teams on complex offshore projects around the world. You are accountable for safety, quality, planning and budget, from tender to close-out. Your leadership ensures that we deliver what we promise, on time and to the highest standard.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of offshore project execution;
- Manage client relationships and contractual obligations;
- Lead project teams across engineering, operations, QHSE and finance;
- Monitor planning, budget and resource allocation;
- Provide technical input during project planning, tendering and execution;
- Ensure all activities comply with internal standards and industry regulations.
Must Have
- Master degree in engineering;
- Proven experience in offshore project management;
- Technical background and strong commercial insight;
- Leadership skills and a focus on result and safety;
- Strong communication and organizational abilities;
- Willingness to travel and lead international teams;
- Fluent in verbal and written English.
Nice to have
- Additional languages;
- A mechanical or electronic background.
