HR Officer
As an HR Officer, you support the HR Manager in the day-to-day coordination and administration of HR activities across the company. You are the link between employees, management and external partners, ensuring smooth onboarding, proper documentation and efficient follow-up of all HR processes from recruitment to compliance and personnel care.
This role is key to maintaining the quality, structure and growth of our HR services, both onshore and offshore.
Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new employees;
- Coordinate medical checks, training planning and certification follow-up;
- Maintain up-to-date personnel records and HR databases;
- Draft and manage HR documentation, including contracts and policies;
- Assist in implementing and improving internal HR processes and tools;
- Proving administrative support in disciplinary, legal or contractual matters when needed.
Must Have
- Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources, Office Management or equivalent through experience;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Accurate, structured and proactive in follow-up and communication;
- Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality;
- Able to work independently, but with a team mindset;
- Fluent in verbal and written English;
- Flexible and the ability to work in a high-stakes project invironment.
Nice to have
- Familiar with HR software (Odoo knowledge) is a plus.
