HR Manager
As HR Manager at BMS Offshore, you will take the lead in building a future-proof HR strategy that supports our people and projects. You will oversee HR processes, from recruitment and onboarding to talent development, compliance and employee engagement and ensure they align with our company values and international growth.
In this dynamic, you act as a trusted advisor to management and a point of contact for all employees, both onshore and offshore. With a deep understanding of both operational needs and human impact, you help shape a professional, people-centered workplace where teams can thrive.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes that support our operational and strategic goals;
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and career development for both office and offshore staff;
- Advise management on workforce planning, performance and employee relations;
- Support the integration and optimalisation of HR tools and systems;
- Foster a positive, inclusive and safety-conscious company culture.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Social Siences
- A strategic, yet hands-on mindset and able to balance daily operations with long-term goals
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills; you are approachable, discreet and professional
- A passion for people and a belief in the value of structured HR practices
- Fluent in English
Nice to have
- Familiar with HR software (Odoo knowledge) is a plus;
- Additional languages.
