HR Officer
As Procurement Manager, you play a key role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective supply of materials, equipment and services essential for our offshore and onshore operations. You contribute directly to the success of our projects by building strong supplier relationships, negotiating optimal terms and aligning procurement strategies with operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company and project goals;
- Source, evaluate and manage suppliers for offshore-related goods and services;
- Ensure cost-efficiency, quality, and timely delivery;
- Collaborate closely with project teams, engineering and logistics to forecast needs;
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety standards and legal requirements;
- Monitor and analyse procurement performance through reporting.
Must Have
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a procurement role, preferably in the offshore, maritime, or energy industry;
- Strong understanding of contracting, supplier management, and procurement planning in a technical context;
- Strong negotiation and communication skills;
- Stress-resistant and able to meet tight deadlines;
