Technical Project Engineer
As Technical Project Engineer at BMS Offshore, you are the technical backbone of our offshore projects. You provide engineering expertise from preparation to execution, ensuring that technical solutions meet project requirements, safety standards and client expectations. While working closely with project managers, subcontractors and field teams, you translate concepts and plans into practical, high-quality offshore results.
You support the full engineering cycle: from method statements and calculations to drawings, work packs and execution support while always striving for technical accuracy, efficiency and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare technical documentation: method statements, risk assessments, project task documentation;
- Develop technical solutions in line with project scope, specifications and offshore standards;
- Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors on design and feasibility;
- Perform or review engineering calculations and assist with drawings and 3D models;
- Provide technical input during project planning, tendering and execution;
- Support the offshore team during mobilization and operations;
- Data analysis and reporting.
Must Have
- Bachelor or Master degree in engineering;
- Strong analytical and technical skills in the technical field;
- A solid technical background and eye for detail;
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes project environment;
- Good communication and reporting skills;
- Fluent in verbal and written English;
- Flexible and the ability to work in a high-stakes project environment;
- Pro-active and independent.

- A mechanical or electronic background.
